Uncommon Homes is run by Kenny Yap, a Singapore real estate sales person who has spent the better part of a decade finding Singapore homes with character, history, and a strong point of view — from old walk-ups and lofts to thoughtfully renovated apartments and houses.

Over the years, Kenny has sold many of these unconventional homes and helped numerous buyers identify homes that are often overlooked, because of dated interiors and poor photographs.

Trained as both a property agent and interior designer, Kenny approaches real estate as a form of curation rather than volume listings. Through his interior design practice, Fynd Studio, he brings a designer’s eye to every home he represents — seeing not just what a property is today, but what it could become.

Kenny works across Singapore, wherever the interesting homes happen to be. He holds his real estate salesperson licence with List Sotheby’s International Realty (Agency Licence: L3010762D, CEA Registration: R059212B).
